What is the world's largest USB flash drive?

According to PC World, the world's largest flash drive is a 256GB drive from Kingston. The DataTraveler 300 features a capless design, sliding USB port and a password-security feature.
USB flash drives are a lot faster than traditional hard drives because they are "solid state" - they don't have the same moving parts that you find in normal drives (which result in higher data overhead costs, or slower reading and writing).
It seems like this is the future - you can now get laptops with solid-state drives and their boot time is much faster. Personally I can't see why anybody would need that much storage space on a flash drive, but on the other hand, it would be nice to be able to carry around a video library and audio on a little flash drive.
Another question - how heavy is this drive when it's full of data? Don't worry, that's a joke...
